Operator's rental cancellation policy
- Moderate rental cancellation policy:
- Full refund of rental money already paid at least 72 hours before departure.
- 50% refund between 24 and 72 hours before departure.
- No refund less than 24 hours before departure.
- These percentages apply only to the deposit or other rental money the operator has already received — never to the unpaid remaining balance.
Any refund of rental money already paid is returned to you directly by the operator. CroatianBoats does not hold or refund rental money.
CroatianBoats Booking Fee: The CroatianBoats Booking Fee is separate and follows the CroatianBoats Terms. It is never combined with the rental amount you pay the operator.
