Traveller terms

CroatianBoats is an intermediary marketplace. We introduce travellers to independent boat-rental operators. We are not the boat owner, operator, charter company, skipper or insurer, and we do not provide the rental service.

The fee you pay on this platform is a booking & connection fee for the introduction and booking facilitation. The boat rental price, deposit, fuel and any extras are payable directly to the operator under the operator's own terms.

Cancellation and refund handling for the connection fee is configured by the platform administrator. Cancellation of the rental itself follows the operator's stated cancellation policy.
