Privacy

Contact details are protected. Before the connection fee is paid, operators' private phone numbers, emails and WhatsApp links are not shown to travellers, and travellers' contact details are not shown to operators beyond what is needed to evaluate a request.

After successful payment of the connection fee, appropriate contact details are unlocked for both parties and recorded for the booking.

Operator documents (registration, insurance, authorisation) are never publicly exposed and are visible only to the operator and platform administrators.
