Booking Fee

CroatianBoats charges a small Booking Fee based on the rental value. You'll always see the exact fee before paying.

The boat rental, deposits, skipper charges and extras are paid directly to the independent operator.

The fee depends on the total rental value and is shown before you pay. It is the CroatianBoats Booking Fee for facilitating the booking, never a deposit toward the rental, and it is never deducted from the independent operator's rental price.

Once a booking is confirmed the Booking Fee is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in our Terms. If the operator cancels a confirmed booking we may give you a CroatianBoats Rebooking Credit toward a future Booking Fee β€” usable in part, with any eligible unused balance staying on your account, and not a cash refund except where required by applicable law. The rental price, deposits, fuel, skipper charges and extras are arranged and settled directly with the independent operator.
