Operator agreement

Operators remain fully responsible for their boats, legal eligibility to rent, required licences and registrations, insurance, rental terms, skipper arrangements and delivery of the rental service.

Listing is free. CroatianBoats does not collect or deduct any part of your rental price. The platform charges the traveller a separate connection fee.

Operators must keep availability accurate, including bookings taken outside the marketplace, and must honour accepted bookings.
