CroatianBoats is an independent marketplace connecting travellers with independent boat operators. We are not the boat owner, operator, charter company, skipper, insurer, or rental provider. CroatianBoats collects only the Booking Fee; rental charges, deposits and extras are arranged directly with the operator. Booking Fees are generally non-refundable once confirmed, except as required by law or expressly provided in our Terms. Operator cancellations may qualify for CroatianBoats rebooking credit.
