CroatianBoats is an intermediary marketplace. We are not the boat owner, operator, charter company, skipper or insurer, and we do not provide the rental service. The rental agreement and the rental payment are between you and the independent operator, under the operator's own terms. We charge a separate booking & connection fee for facilitating the introduction.
